I believe exercise & wellness if for everyone - and my illusrated guides are for you! I create useful, FUN, happiness inspiring workouts so you have an informed print at home guide to follow at home. 

What I Offer

I have over 130 printable wellness guides in my Etsy shop that I started in the Spring of 2023. This website is a place for me to share exclusive bundles that you will NOT find on my etsy - these bundles target specific needs for my customers. Look for specialized better balance chair exercises, fall prevention chair yoga, and custom water aerobic bundles. 

What I Value

I value happiness and wellness for myself and for YOU! Each one of my printables is created with love - I research each wellness topic, illustrate (all chair programs!), and package these to be very fun and useful for you. I have a graduate degree in Exercise Physiology and do my best to not just follow trends but really back my guides with science too!
