At Sparkly Waves, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. 

Process for Initiating Returns

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact me at emmymoravec@gmail.com 

  within 7 days of your purchase if you are not satisified. In general I cannot give refunds due to the digital nature of my shop - but I am HAPPY to send you a different PDF program. I have 100's of options! I really want my programs to work for you and will do my best to match you with one your will LOVE!

 Policy

Some items may not be eligible for return, including:

• Digital products, such as downloadable wellness guides.
• Items that have been personalized or customized.
